This policy explains how we calculate shipping charges, when shipping is free, and the additional handling fee that applies to individual products above 400 g / 400 ml due to their weight and packaging profile.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges are calculated using two factors together, not weight alone:
Whichever of the two — actual weight or dimensional weight — is greater is used to calculate the shipping charge for products at or under 400 g/ml. This is standard courier-industry practice and ensures large, lightweight packaging (like padded boxes for glass dilution bottles) is charged fairly. Products above 400 g/ml follow the separate handling fee described in Section 4 instead.
Orders with a subtotal of ₹499 or more qualify for free standard shipping across India. Orders below ₹499 are charged shipping based on weight and destination, shown at checkout before payment.
Some products — including syrups, tonics, shampoos, hair and body oils, and similar liquid or heavier-format items — are bulkier and heavier than our standard dilution and dosage-form packaging, and cost more to pack and ship safely (extra cushioning to prevent breakage or leakage in transit). Because of this, a separate, compulsory handling fee applies based on the weight or volume of the individual product, regardless of category:
₹25 per unit for any product weighing or measuring above 400 g / 400 ml.
This fee is based on each individual product’s net weight (for solids/creams) or net volume (for liquids) as stated on its packaging — not the product category. It applies to every qualifying unit in your order and is added on top of the product price, even when your order subtotal is ₹499 or higher and would otherwise qualify for free shipping. It is not waived by the free-shipping threshold.
The applicable handling fee is calculated automatically per qualifying product and shown as a separate line item at checkout before you pay — it is never added silently after checkout.

We ship through trusted courier partners across India. Standard and expedited delivery options may be offered at checkout depending on your pincode and product availability.
International delivery of natural health, homeopathy, and wellness products may be available in select regions, subject to local customs and import regulations. Weight-based charges and the per-unit handling fee for products above 400 g/ml described above apply in addition to any international shipping surcharge shown at checkout.
